By using Wendy ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. "You" means the business owner or authorized representative subscribing to the Service.
Wendy is an AI-powered voice receptionist that answers inbound calls on your behalf, handles bookings, provides information, and escalates calls according to rules you define. Wendy integrates with your existing calendar, SMS, and phone systems.
Minutes are measured from call pickup to call end. Hold time, transfers, and voicemail recording count as active minutes.
Founding 10 partners receive the $0.40/min rate locked for the life of the account, subject to:
We target 99.9% uptime for the Wendy service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance and are excluded from uptime calculations.
If Wendy doesn't pay for herself in the first 30 days, we refund your first month's bill in full. No questions asked. Email hello@getwendy.com to initiate.
You own your business data, call recordings, and customer information. We process it on your behalf to deliver the Service. Upon termination, we export or delete your data within 30 days at your request.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Founding 10 rate lock survives pauses up to 90 days; longer pauses may result in standard pricing upon reactivation.
Wendy is an AI system and may occasionally misunderstand callers or make errors. We are not liable for missed appointments, lost business, or miscommunications arising from AI limitations. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
