Wendy ("we," "us," "our") is an AI-powered voice receptionist service operated by 19Hands LLC. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit getwendy.com or use our services.
We use privacy-focused analytics (no cookies). We collect: page views, referrer, device type, country. No personal identification.
When you submit a form or book a demo: name, email, phone number, business name. Stored in our CRM for communication purposes only.
Phone number, call recording (audio), call transcript, booking details, and any information voluntarily provided during the call.
Important: Wendy is an AI voice assistant. Calls handled by Wendy are recorded and transcribed. Callers are informed at the start of each call that they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded.
For businesses in two-party-consent states, Wendy provides appropriate disclosure at the start of each call. Business owners are responsible for ensuring their use of Wendy complies with local recording and AI disclosure laws.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use call recordings for advertising.
We use the following third-party services to deliver Wendy:
Call recordings: retained for the life of your account plus 30 days, configurable per-account. Website analytics: 24 months. Contact form data: until you request deletion.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
